Alex Cavanah Memorial Fund

Alex Cavanah, a 22 year old manager at Wendy's in Edinboro, PA, died from a gunshot wound he received on Saturday, January 25, 2020, while attempting to save one of his employees in a robbery that occurred on his watch.  He leaves behind his bride, Kaylee, of three years, who is a graduate student at Edinboro University.  Kaylee is enrolled in the Educational and School Psychology program, planning to spend her life helping children.  Alex was going to be a pastor.   A friend said that you could just see on Alex's face how much he loved Kaylee.  He often brought coffee to her at work.  He did caring things for everyone he knew.  Obviously, no one planned on this tragic event so Kaylee and her family will need as much support as possible.   Anything you can offer this young woman in her husband's memory will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your compassionate gift.
