TOGETHXR is excited to rally our community with the goal of helping fund the next sports season for 1000+ girls, by creating equity and opportunity on and off the field.

The Alex Morgan Foundation, started by US Women's National Team and San Diego Wave forward Alex Morgan, is inspiring and empowering the next generation of youth by providing opportunities for girls, supporting moms & families, and building equity in sports.

Be it in sport or at school, at home, or in the community, the Alex Morgan Foundation identifies challenges facing girls and women and invests in programs that make a difference. These programs include:

Let’s Go South Bay: We know the powerful effect soccer can have on girls and LGSB! ensures more girls get that opportunity. The Alex Morgan Foundation assisted with their first-ever Soccer Empowerment Camp, along with funding soccer essentials like full kits, cleats, and lights on the field.

Rady Children's Hospital: Rady’s has been a leading voice in children’s health since their start in 1954. The Alex Morgan Foundation helps fund the comprehensive care of children and their families, helping to raise the next generation of healthy, confident kids.

Alex’s Homebreak: At every home game for the Wave, a pink banner that reads ‘Alex’s Homebreak’ proudly marks the section where youth girls’ soccer teams attend games, with provided supplies and transportation and find inspiration to make waves of their own.

Casa Familiar: The Promotora program consists of a dedicated group of women, mostly moms, who serve as community advocates across San Ysidro. The Alex Morgan Foundation supports them through grant funding to help them further their impact in the community.

Here's what your donation could support:

$750 funds one camper to attend a week-long soccer and empowerment camp

$500 funds outdoor lights for one soccer field so girls can keep training in the dark (girls have access to affordable fields later at night when the lights are out)

$150 funds a full soccer kit plus cleats for a girl for the entire year

$100 provides a gas card for families traveling to the hospital for treatment

$50 provides a meal card for parents spending time at the hospital while their child is being treated

$25 contributes towards buying soccer kits for the next-generation

$25 buys a toy or book for kids spending the holidays in the hospital

$25 helps send more girls and soccer teams to SD Wave games to find inspiration of their own
