Our names are Kristen & Briana Iosco, owners of Tap 25 Craft Beer Bar & close friends of Alex Tucker Weinert.

It is with an extremely heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to our close friend, father & veteran bartender Alex Tucker Weinert on Saturday Sept 23rd. His passing leaves our hearts feeling empty and our beer glasses full. Alex, was the kind of guy that can piss you off and also have you rolling laughing all in the same interaction. He was Tap 25’s biggest supporter, from the time the construction process began and unlocking those doors together. He was our right hand guy. He encouraged us to always say “fuck the haters” during Pride because they’re not worth it. Alex just loved everyone he knew with his whole heart & would go to the end of the world for you. His son Max was always his number one priority and anyone who knew him knows that's the truth. He could barely know you but you would know what his son looked like because he pulled out his phone 100 times a day to share with everyone how proud of a dad he was. The Tap 25 family & everyone who knew him is missing a huge part of them, not just today, but tomorrow & always.

So, we are starting this fund in honor of Alex Tucker Weinert. We want this fund to be able to help his partner Jennifer Curtice and mother of his son Max (age 15 months) with any funeral & future expenses that will occur. Jenni has been left with so many unexpected expenses with more to come. Alex loved his son Max tremendously and we want to see him and Jenni both taken care.

Alex was very loved and a part of a huge community here in Livermore. We truly believe that together we can make sure this happens for him & his family.

Spread the word, share the post. DONATE. Even a little, is a lot for them.
*Reminder, if you can please take care of the donation/processing fees so we can ensure that the full donation will become available to Jenni & Max.

Saturday October 7th from 12pm-10pm Tap 25 Craft Beer & Blacksmith Square, will be holding a fundraiser in honor of Alex to donate proceeds from that day to Jenni & his son Max. Our food trucks that day are donating 100% of their proceeds directly to Jenni & Max. We ask that you please wear your 49ers gear or red to represent because he would want nothing more than that and was quite literally the biggest fan.
