My brother, Alexander Aguilera passed away on 11/6/2020. He was diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer on August 15th of this year. Shortly after his diagnosis, he underwent chemotherapy. He was able to do two rounds, but lost the battle before his third treatment. His wife and children cared for him full time through his treatments.
Alex will forever be remembered as “a good man with a big heart.” He didnt only always have a smile on his face, but also in his heart. He always went out of his way to help others. He is loved by his family, his wife, his children, and his friends.
After his diagnosis, my brother and his wife had to immediately stop working. Fortunately, he was able to keep medical coverage through his work to cover the majority of medical expenses. We are having a difficult time coming up with the funds for unforeseen expenses. I am raising money to cover the cost of the funeral, the memorial, and the loss of income for his family to be able to pay unpaid bills.
Thank you everyone for all the kind words and support you all have shown us throughout Alexander’s battle with gastric cancer. It means more to us than words can say for the assistance in helping my family grieve.
