Alexander Scott Fitch-Richmond

My name is Sharlene Vannatta and I am starting a gofundme to help my twin brother Charles Richmond help pay for the funeral expenses and whatever other needs he and his youngest son need during this unimaginable time. On February 23rd my nephew Alexander Scott Fitch-Richmond took his own life in his room. His father Charles found him. He tried to revive him until the paramedics came and took over. They fought for his life and tried to save him. He was 15 years old. Our hearts are broken over the loss of this sweet sweet boy. We are grieving deeply with his sudden loss. I am asking for help to pay for the exspences of his funeral and what ever other needs need to be met during this time of hardship.

Hello everyone,

I just want to update the gofundme to let everyone know the date and times for Alex's memorial service and celebration of life. I just thank everyone again for all of the support our family has received during this very difficult time. We want to invite all who can attend to celebrate and remember the life of this incredible young man. He will deeply be missed by those who loved and knew him.

Alex's memorial service will be held at Rocky Mountain Calvery 4285 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 on Saturday March 29th, 2024 from 10:30am-11:30am. Between 11:30am-1:00pm some food and refreshments will be provided after his memorial service.

There will be an additional celebration of life at Bear Creek Park the evening of Saturday March 29th in Colorado Springs Colorado from 5:00-7:00pm. We will be providing BBQ and refreshments there. There will be a candlelight vigil along with a fire pit to burn letters and a balloon release at the end. If anyone has any questions please fill free to contact me through the gofundme me email.
