A GIANT LIVED AMONGST US AND NOW A STAR HAS RISEN...
Alex Ghassan: Son... Father... Director... Producer .
He was a talented, creative, inspiring, loving and visionary man. Alex is the only son to his loving, supportive mother Emilie Grandchamps , and the father of his beautiful twin daughters Alex and Lucy. He was family man and loved spending quality and creative time with his daughters. His love and adoration for his mother was so warm and humbling.
His creative talent as a Director and Producer has inspired all who came in contact with him:
Friend and fellow artist, Daniel Kodaq Morteh;
"Alex G reminded me that I have a lot more to achieve. It might be a hard and scary journey but never forget that it's worth it."
Fellow artist Hasan Salaam;
"I loved how he brought my words to life and how he made music films for all the artists he worked with"
Alex moved to Oakland, CA from Jersey City, NJ 2 years ago. On December 2, 2016, Alex was visiting and supporting other artists at the Ghostship in Oakland, CA. Unfortunately he died in the fire due to smoke inhalation.
These funds will help to support his family during this very difficult time.
We'd like to thank you for your support during our time of loss. Please keep us in your prayers.
