Alexis and Margarita need your help
Donation protected
Margarita was told that Alexis was not going to survive. In their little town outside of Oaxaca, Mexico, there was no pediatrician, let alone specialists. Margarita cannot read or write, but she has the biggest heart I have ever known. She loves Alexis and his brother and would do anything for them. After Alexis's brother was assaulted violently at age 10, Margarita took action. She took buses and walked with her family of 4 to the border town of Tijuana, Mexico. There they miraculously received temporary medical parole and came to King City, California. I first met Alexis during his first hospitalization, ever. He needs multiple specialty care and a feeding tube to gain weight because he could die from aspiration if not. Margarita has only $300 left from a good samaritan's donation. They have one half-broken cell phone and sleep on the floor in the landlady's living room for $600/month. Dad has started to work on a farm with minimum wage. They need help right now to pay for rent and food to survive so that Alexis and his brother receive the medical care and education they deserve. 100% of donations will go to Margarita. Thank you for showing that you care!
