Alexis Weaver and Family Support Fund

Hello Everyone, we are asking for your assistance after our family experienced a sudden tragedy. My wife Alexis Weaver (Fiorillo) suffered a SCAD (Spontaneous Cardiac Artery Dissection) Heart Attack and is in extremely critical condition. I am stunned that my 39-year-old healthy wife had this happen to her. She is a loving Wife, Daughter, and Sister. Mother to several fur babies and my best friend. She is one of the strongest and most empathetic people I know. Alexis is a Retired 14 Year Navy Veteran and a strong advocate for the veteran community. A Gas Turbine Mechanic/Oil King turned recruiter extraordinaire for the US Navy, Higher Education, and Multiple High tech companies. She is currently a Business Operations Manager at Amazon. We are currently taking things day by day, if not hour by hour, as she is treated by the excellent staff of UWMC. We are asking for your assistance as we move forward to help us cover expenses as we face loss of income, unknown medical expenses, and any potential follow-up services, etc. We simply don’t know what the future holds at the moment, but we do know we will need assistance. While we don’t have a clear line of site of what is next, there is the potential for a heart transplant with an average cost of $1.6 Million and/or a lot of care/rehab that follows any path that is laid out before us. I wish I had better clarity for everyone involved, but we simply don’t know. Thus far, I have been amazed by the outpouring of support, love, and empathy from so many people that Alexis has touched through the years.
