Aleya Brooks Memorial Fund

We’re Jason and Darla Brooks, Aleya’s parents. In honor of our daughter who passed away on March 4, 2023 from a traumatic brain injury, we are raising funds which will be donated to Aleya’s local Long Hollow church family and an organization focused on the advancement of care and research for neurological and brain disorders. Her career dream was to be a neuropsychologist.

Aleya loved deeply and lived her life with grit and grace. Even in her passing, her final act of love was to donate her organs, giving a renewed hope for long life to three people.

We made a promise during her Celebration of Life service that we would continue to tell her story even in her passing to help her continue her legacy of loving people and making a difference in lives around the world…all while loving Jesus with all her heart.

She was a light to the world and while we miss her deeply…her light continues to shine for all to see.

We’re honored to continue this work by God’s grace and for His glory…always and forever!
