Alfie’s Chill chair

So the beautiful Alfie who I care for needs a new chair due to him growing into such a big boy me and my amazing friends Donna and Sophie (and Angie from a distance ) are going to walk snowden on 6th June 2021 to try and raise the much needed funds for Alfie’s mum to be able to buy him the chair. Here is a message from the beautiful Alfie

Hi, Alfie here, I was born very poorly and the Doctors diagnosed me with Epilepsy. I have a severe form of seizures that where hard to control. I have had many different medications and lots of hodpital stays and emergency situations, my Doctors where worried I would not get to be 1years old....I'm 8 in May. I cannot do things that lots of 8year old can do, I have Global development delay and need an adult to care for me 24 hours a day. Because I am unable to walk and sit up, I need specialist seats, wheelchairs and such which are expensive.... I'm.growing....mum says I'm like a baby giraffe....all legs! Mum wants me to have a comfy chair, one that means I can spend more time downstairs, because I also have GORD (reflux disease) I struggle when having my tube feeds so have them in bed. This chair can lie back and doesn't need those belts and chest harnesses that make me feel sick. Mum also needs a new jogger pram, these I love as gets me out and about....easier for mum to push....my old ones shrinking ! Friends of me and mum have helped before when I was 3 so hoping you all can now. We appreciate it. My carer is also raising money and my sister is doing a bake and book sale....my sister is my best friend ❤️
