Alfie's skate-a-thon

On Friday, March 10th, Alfie and his fellow students of Stouffville Christian School will be participating in the annual Skate-a-Thon. Once again this event will be combined with a fundraising campaign to help raise money towards the school.

We are very thankful for the tireless efforts of our school' staff and community who have made our very own skating rink possible.

This year we are excited to utilize this rink for our skate-a-thon. Each class will be able to enjoy the rink for a designated time during this day.

The theme for this year’s SCS Skate-a-Thon is “Let the Games Begin!”. The goal this year is to raise $20,000 to meet our school’s needs.

Alfie has become an avid skater since moving to Canada, his "need for speed" paired with his inherit DNA based competitiveness ;-) make him very eager so he is hoping that his family & friends have a little spare change to sponsor him, giving it his all on the rink on 10th March.
