CROSWELL- Alfred F. Reeves, age 67, a resident of Croswell passed away at his home on Sunday, October 11, 2020.
He was born on November 20, 1952 in Port Huron, a son of the late James N. and Wilma (Richards) Reeves. Al was a truck driver for Mueller Brass and Prestolite for many years.
Al was a member of the NRA, he was an avid walleye fisherman and enjoyed deer and rabbit hunting and other small game hunting. Al was a dedicated Boy Scout Leader for many years and he was a school aid at Frostick and Geiger Schools in Croswell for many years.
He is survived by his children, Billie Jean Reeves, Alfred F. Reeves, Jr., Trevor Reeves, Stephannie Reeves, Josh Reeves and Coty Reeves; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Marilyn Willis, James Reeves, Pam Ichenberg, Michael Reeves, Wayne Reeves and Danny Reeves.
Al was preceded in death by his son, John Allen Reeves and two brothers, Douglas Richard Reeves and Richard Reeves.
Visitation will be from 1-5 P.M. on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington
We thought he had life insurance which turned out to be accidental death & dismemberment insurance so we are unable to make a claim to cover funeral costs. We know this is hard times for everyone but any amount will help.
