Dear Cosmos Family and Friends,

Our dear friend Alfredo Hernandez
father of Noah Hernandez’s who plays
on our 2008 Boys competitive team
needs our help and community support. 

Alfredo has been battleling cancer for
some time now. He is in the battle for his
life. We know with Gods grace &
guidance along with our great
Cosmos FC love & support he will see Mr. Hernandez & his family through this
difficult time. 

We understand as a local community,
and across our beautiful country and
worldwide we continue to all be under 
difficult times. However, one of our very own Cosmos FC families truly needs our community love, support and prayers. 

We are asking for everyone to try and
come together to support with any form of financial assistance. The generous and much appreciated assistance will go to
cover current medical expenses and
especially medical treatment needed to help fight this terrible disease.

We hope you can take the time to make a donation to assist Mr. Hernandez
recover from awful illness. We also ask
for your  continued prayers for the
Hernandez family.
