From a very young age football was Alfredo’s favorite sport. He was in the varsity team in Jr. high and thru his early high school years, until a leg injury that occurred during a game. Washing his trucks and going on long drives with music blasting. Alfredo had multiple talents. Cooking was one of many. He enjoyed reuniting the family by cooking with his aunt Laura and making delicious meals, where he would show off his cooking skills. His two favorite dish to make were “Crawfish” with his “Secret Dipping Sauce” and famous “Discada” with the “Green Sauce” and let’s not forget his “Michelada Mix & Mix Drinks” that he would prepare. Cutting hair on his free time on family and close friends. This year he had plans to eventually become a barber.
Alfredo would have loved everyone to remember him as: The outgoing person that was always ready to party and have a good time! Your presence and laughter will be missed dearly. Your smile will be forever in our hearts!
