Assalam O Alikum dear reader,

On October 17th, 2023 20 year old Ali was involved in a fatal motor cycle crash in Calgary, AB. Inna nillah wa inna illahi rajiun - To Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return.

Ali leaves behind a brother, sister and parents. The family is devastated by the loss of their beloved child.

Currently, Ali's father is in the hospital receiving treatment for a stroke and heart attack experienced more than 3 months ago. He is on the road to recovery but still requires several weeks of in hospital care.

On behalf of Tabassum and family we are organizing this fundraiser to provide support to the family during this trying time. Please find it in your heart to help a grieving family. May Allah give them patience and steadfastness and give us the ability to help them in anyway we can. Ameen.

Ali’s funeral prayer will be held on October 19th at Akram Jumma Mosque 2:00 pm
