Aliandre Maraj's Memorial Fund

Hello, my name is Sparkle Demming, a friend of the dearly departed, Aliandre Maraj. I would like to thank you all for visiting our campaign page in memoriam of Ali. Your donations will directly support Aveian Brathwaite, his mother, to cover funeral expenses and other costs associated with bereavement.

We unexpectedly lost our beloved Aliandre on August 3, 2022, after he was hospitalized having suffered a massive stroke on July 18, 2022. Ali was a remarkable, son, brother, and friend. He was extremely ambitious by starting his own clothing line, Mango Chow, in his early twenties, and had a supportive influence on all of his friends and family's artistic ventures. Aliandre's effervescent personality, infectious smile, and witty comebacks will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.

Every moment of his life he lived with the best of intentions; he loved people, and was loved back by many. As a gifted steel panist, he mentored players and led steel bands with pride. He found a new outlet streaming video games with many followers from all over. Significantly, Aliandre practiced his faith with total dedication and truly valued his love and relationship with God. His personality was so infectious that you would automatically become best friends after sharing a few words.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that the loss of a loved one brings, it also brings financial burdens. Aliandre leaves behind his loving mother, Aveian Brathwaite, sister, Kayla Brathwaite, father, Keith Brathwaite, and hundreds of friends around the globe. We are humbly asking for donations to help offset the costs associated with Aliandre's funeral expenses and to provide financial support for his family as they adjust to life without Aliandre.

We are all overwhelmed by Aliandre's passing and are so grateful for the outpouring of love and emotional comfort expressed thus far. The Brathwaite and Maraj families cannot thank you enough for any support you are able to provide during this difficult time.
