Alicia's Cancer Journey--Smashing that Snitch!

Hi! My name is Kriss, and I'm building this site to help my friends the Ashleys.

Alicia Ashley, all around beautiful human being, wife, mother, nurse, and incredible friend, is battling Stage 3 DLBCL (a type of lymphoma). In keeping with her favorite cancer-fighting metaphor--A Massive Quidditch Match--she is calling her cancer "the Snitch." (If you want to read more, you can check out her CaringBridge site Here .) She is looking at an intense next few months of chemo.

If you know the Ashleys, you know that they (and especially Alicia!) are the first to offer support when things are hard. We who love Alicia and her beautiful family are trying to follow their example by helping in this season.

In addition to meals, treats and useful things they have picked out on Amazon, good thoughts and prayers, the Ashleys could use help covering medical-related expenses.

The money collected through this site will help them cover out-of-pocket expenses for treatment and medications, supplement their income while Alicia is unable to work, and make it possible for Christopher to be with Alicia on treatment days without worrying about the money he's not making at work. Our goal is to help give them some financial peace of mind. After all, we want them focused on winning the Match, not whether they can afford a Thunderbolt VII!
