Alicia’s Egg Retrieval Journey

Hello Everyone , Alicia Nichols is a sweet, family loving 21 year old women with a family that loves her and a loving boyfriend . When Alicia was 10 years old she had an episode of abdominal pain and fever. When taken to the hospital the doctors found out she had one, and only one ovary, and that one ovary had twisted and was swelling to the size of a softball. They had come to the conclusion for her safety to untwist the one ovary that she had. After surgery her one ovary was now smaller than average and it left her with a few more complications that would cause her pain and a longer journey ahead . Alicia has had many appointments since this time in her life to watch over her health . Recently they have found out through blood work that Alicia has less eggs available then the average 45 year old woman that is close to menopause and was suggested she should start start considering Ivf to retrieve and freeze eggs until she is ready to start the journey of mother hood in her life. Alicia is a wonderful sister and Aunt and has always dreamed of having children of her own. As well as dreaming of being a mother one day. As many know ivf and freezing your eggs is a costly thing that will need to be done.
