Alicia's Funeral and Memorial

Hello,

My family and I created this GoFundMe to raise money to help with funeral expenses for my mother, Alicia, who unexpectedly passed away 11/6/2022.

On the morning of her passing, I received a call that my mom was being sent to the hospital with an injury to her head. Frantically, I headed to the hospital and waited for what seemed to be an eternity. From what was understood, she hit her head. I thought maybe she had a concussion or something, but when the nurses and doctor came out, the news was unbearable. The doctor said the words I never thought I'd hear, "We did everything we could, but we could not revive her." At this time, my two younger brothers were with me. We didn't know what had happened. We were devastated. Our mom, best friend, and the most selfless person we know were gone instantly.

It wasn't until later on that we were told what happened that day. My mom and Dad(Randy) were doing errands together when my Mom fell from the vehicle's passenger side seat onto the pavement. There, she hit her head, causing severe trauma. An hour, maybe two, later, she was no longer with us.

If you ever had the privilege of knowing who my Mother was as a person, you know what she meant to our family. She always put her husband and kids before herself, no matter what. She was a diligent worker, a fantastic cook, was always kind, and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, with all her heart. She will be missed dearly by her family and anyone who knew her.
