Alicia’s SRS Bottom Surgery Fund

Hi there, my name is Alicia and I am an 18 year old transgender woman. I set up this fund to raise money for my sexual reassignment surgery. Here in Ireland, the public healthcare system for trans people is unacceptably poor, I could be waiting as long as 9 years to get an initial assessment for my surgery.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of dysphoria with my body, and getting this surgery would be an IMMENSE relief, and will help me feel at home in my body.

I plan to get my surgery in Thailand, as it is more affordable there, and the doctors have many positive testimonials from patients. The surgery itself is 13,000, however I am currently aiming to raise my first grand towards it.

I myself am putting savings towards my surgery but I simply cannot do it alone.
