Alieu Kamara AKA Bigger died of liver cancer and a tumor in Sacramento, California on March 8th, 2017.
He left behind a wife, Mrs. Shannon Kamara and three wonderfull children. He was Sierra Leone's faster 200 Meter athlete between 1995 and 1998 and represented Sierra Leone in international competitions held in Africa, Europe and North America.
While a fixed date has not been set at the moment, plans are being made to put him to rest in Sacramento, CA as early as Saturday March 18th, 2017 or as late as Saturday March 25th, 2017. More information will be shared when a date is fixed.
The wife is in charge of the funeral arrangements and working closely with family and friends abroad and in Sierra Leone.
