In Memory of Alijah Lee Peyton

On March 28, 2023, Robert and Jeri Peyton unexpectedly lost their beloved son Alijah. Robert and Jeri, both nurses, met and fell in love while on travel nurse assignments. They were married in September of 2021 and welcomed Elijah in December of last year.

The loss of a child is devastating and certainly unplanned. Being a friend of Jeri's since college, and no longer living close by, I found myself asking- What can I do? How can I help? Even if it is a small offering- where can God use me to assist this family? And this is the way.

Jeri and Robert are facing an upphill climb and mounting expenses. Being nurses, they will need time off work to care for themselves and their other sweet children and pull their family together during this unspeakable time. The love and support their family and friends have shown has been tremendous. If you find yourself praying and asking yourself- what you can do for this family- then donate. No amount is too small.
