Aline Gray Family Fund
Donation protected
Aline Gray, age 84, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2020. In celebration of her life, we are looking to raise $20,000 to restore and display the magnificent dollhouse she built for her daughter that was exhibited at the White House for Christmas in 1981 at the request of First Lady, Nancy Reagan.

What began as a wood box in 1977 quickly evolved into an artistic masterpiece, including meticulously hand-crafted wood and marble floors, furniture, rugs, drapes, plus contributions from other gifted miniaturists, including paintings at 1/12 scale, china, silverware, and stained glass. There’s even a Christmas tree adorned with tiny seed pearls plus 14 carat gold balls and chains.

For purposes of this fundraiser, the family intends to use all monies raised to restore Aline’s extraordinary “labor of love” to its original luster, and then donate the dollhouse (along with any excess funds) to a suitable museum in her name.
On behalf of Aline Gray's family, all donations are greatly appreciated.
