Hello, my name is Alison (AKA Saph), and I am a transgender woman living in the state of Utah. This is, as you might know, a very unfortunate situation to be in. As transphobic legislation ramps up in Red States across the country, I am desperately hoping to move me and my beloved cat Catherine to the neighboring state of Colorado, which has some of the strongest protections for transgender people in the nation. Unfortunately, moving is extremely expensive! The main costs I'm seeking to raise money for are

Application fees, security deposit, and pet deposits for a new apartment in Colorado
Renting a U-Haul to make the interstate drive
Paying loaders and unloaders as I have no local friends to assist and my chronic pain and disabilities make lifting heavy objects medically infeasible
Paying out the remainder of my current lease to avoid being sued for nonpayment or whatever landlords do if you just vanish on them.

I've done my best to add these costs up on the back of a metaphorical envelope and arrived a number I think would safely cover anything, but any amount at all would help. Thank you so much for your time, and here is another picture of my cat Catherine.
