Hi, my name is Lindsey and I am fundraising for the most amazing woman I have ever met, Alison Frame !! This picture is Alison with my daughter Ashley at Orem High Schools' graduation last week. You would
never know that Alison is so very very sick by the big smile and kindness she shows everyone she comes in contact with.
Alison has stage 4 cancer and has been fighting bravely for her life these last 2 years. The medical bills are piling up and are over $10,000 dollars. Please consider donating, every bit helps.
Alison's husband Steven Frame posted this heartfelt tribute a few weeks ago.
One can only imagine what it is like to have Brain Radiation, Lung Radiation, daily Chemo, and two knees
with torn cartilage and meniscus that both need surgery. My wife Alison can't even swallow because the
lung radiation was so close to her esophagus. Lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. And somehow...I still have a hard time keeping up...
The things that amaze everyone who knows her are:
1) She always gives everyone the benefit of the doubt
2) Her patience is long-suffering and she never murmurs or complains she has to travel this road
3) She finds happiness in simple things like sitting in the sun, being still, and playing with her 4-year-old
4) She thinks of everyone but herself from kids to high school students, to neighbors, to random strangers. She has kind words and charity for all
5) She is patient with a slow and special needs husband and tells me daily she loves me and I’m her man
6) She thanks God in our prayers for her cancer and for what she is learning? Who does that?
7) She has never been out of the country, on a houseboat, on a cruise, lived in a new house, bought a new car, or spent more than $50 on new clothes without spending $500 on her kids
8 Alison is amazing but very sick, she is faithful but tired of tumors, she is courageous but sometimes cries thinking about dying, she is tough but struggles to walk from the bed to the bathroom some days.
Here is my point…. Alison is no different than the rest of the good people I know. We all struggle in our own ways. We all have trials and individual tests that seem very overwhelming at times. No matter what…. We
ALL have to trust that God can do whatever is necessary to help us …. But it is usually our lack of faith or wavering faith that keeps him from doing miracles at the same rate as he would perform them in the Old
Testament.
It is up to each of us to ask God for those things he is already willing to grant us but that are made
conditional upon our asking for them.
I believe it is the faith of many many many people on our behalves that has helped her make it through the
last couple of years
I love my Wife, I love God, and I love all of you for supporting us through the hard times. I hope I can be
there for each of you. Look to Christ and live!
We ALL love you Alison!
Please share this gofundme with everyone!
