All Aboard Jaxon’s Journey to Overcome Erb’s Palsy

Dear Friends and Family,

July 20, 2023, marked a day our family had long awaited since the heartbreaking miscarriage a year prior. Following a healthy and uncomplicated pregnancy, aside for Jaxon's noted gestational size, our miracle baby was finally on his way. Everything progressed smoothly until the moment of delivery. It quickly became apparent that Jaxon would face a formidable challenge, one we were not fully prepared for. Despite the efforts during the delivery process, he emerged purple and blue, struggling to breathe. Resulting in spending sometime in the NICU to get his vitals stable enough to go home.

Our baby boy Jaxon, was diagnosed with Erb's Palsy, a birth injury that affects the movement and strength of his arm due to damage to the nerves in his shoulder during birth. This condition has presented unexpected challenges for our family, both emotionally and financially.

Despite the hardships, Jaxon has shown incredible resilience and determination. He undergoes rigorous therapy sessions and medical treatments to improve his mobility and alleviate pain. As parents, our greatest wish is to provide Jaxon with the best possible care and support to help him overcome these obstacles.

However, the cost of Jaxon’s medical bills and ongoing treatments has placed a significant financial strain on our family. As much as we want to ensure Jaxon receives the care he needs, we cannot do it alone. That's why we're reaching out to our community for help.

We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to cover Jaxon’s medical expenses, including past and ongoing physical therapy, specialized treatments, doctor's appointments, and any necessary surgeries.
