All American Cheer Team Event

This is the final stretch. It looks like we may not be able to go. My Mom has been working hard to make it happen. Please help if you can. We appreciate you!

Hi, My name is Meghan. I’m a 17 yr old Senior in High School. This past week at Cheer Camp I was nominated with 6 other girls to Try Out for the All American Cheer Team. I practiced for hours to make sure I would make it. Myself and 3 other girls did made the Team! I’m so excited! I have been a cheerleader since Kindergarten, and have really worked hard especially while in High School. Here are some awesome things about me.

1. I have a 4.0 GPA

2. I was accepted into the CNA program at School.

3. In 7th and 8th grade I was on the school Dance team and was on the local jr league Cheer Team, at the same time, rocking it.

4. I made the Varsity Team my Sophomore Year.

5. This is my 3rd year of being a Jr Coach for Pop Warner.

6. I went to Nationals with my HS Cheer Team for the Last two years.

7. I work part time at a Food Truck in the summer to pay for my uniform and other cheer necessities. I pay all fees on my own.

I am a hard worker and I do my best with everything I do. I know that being a Cheerleader means that children look up to me and I make sure that I am a positive role model for them. I don’t do drugs, vape or smoke. I am a positive representative for my School and My Team. I was nominated for the National Honor Society, and when the opportunity presents itself I volunteer my time.

As part of the UCA All American Cheer team with Varsity Sports I have an amazing opportunity to join them for the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade. It’s an honor to be able to go and I would love to be able to participate. The cost however is more then my family can handle right now. I am asking for help to make this dream come true. anything you can donate would really help me, my Mom (a Parent is required to attend) and Sister make it to Philadelphia so that I can join other All American Cheerleaders in the Parade. The amount includes airfare, and an all inclusive 3 day package, uniform and hotel accommodations.
