All funds will be used for FOIA requests in CCSD

All fundraising will be used towards FOIA requests with the Columbia County, GA School District. A FOIA request is under the (Freedom of Information Act) and requires the School District to provide any and all information requested.

Example: FOIA requests have been requested between Board Members, the Superintendent, Asst. Superintendent, etc., regarding the mask requirement. FOIA requests can be made regarding pornography in books in our schools, data being stored on our kids in surveys from K-12th grade. Survey's put kids in tiers to how they are counseled. FOIA requests can be made on any topic and are used for information, but also can be used to expose what's going on inside our school district.

The CCSD is charging $75/hr. for FOIA requests. Some requests have been over $1,000. All funds used will help parents working to gather, share and expose information. For those who can't commit time to help with FOIA requests, we would appreciate your donations that will go towards these requests.
