The recent passing of SAE Iowa Gamma chapter's former house dad, Allan Crandell was a loss not only to his family, but to the men of our fraternity. The most impacted is his wife Linda Crandell, beloved SAE former house mom. Now is the time to rally around her in support. Linda is in a very difficult financial situation. Although Allan was cremated, there has not yet been a funeral. We would like to raise money to help Linda cover funeral expenses and possibly a memorial. Please help us pay tribute to Allan!

Boone - Allan Kane Crandell, 78, of Boone, Iowa passed away on March 13, 2021 at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Allan loved to spend time with his family, visiting residents at Westhaven Community, gardening, fishing, and watching NASCAR racing. He is survived by his wife Linda of 25 years, son Allan Crandell Jr., daughter Margaret Wilczak, stepson Mike Oppedal, stepdaughter Melissa Tungesvik, brothers Tony Crandell & Dave Crandell, sisters April Franksain & Marvia Garrido and several grandchildren.
