Allen E. Rowley honorably served his country in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. As a dedicated crew chief with the 17th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron, he played a vital role during his service in Tuy Hoa and Da Nang, Vietnam, from 1966 to 1967. After four years of service, Allen returned home with pride, bringing his unwavering sense of duty and integrity to civilian life.
A longtime resident of Gloucester, Massachusetts, Allen was known for his deep commitment to his community. He supported various charities throughout his life, focusing especially on veterans' organizations and local initiatives aimed at helping those in need. In honor of his legacy, all proceeds from memorial donations will go toward supporting the Vietnam Agent Orange victim relief continuing his tradition of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others.
