Allen Holbrook's Burial and Memorial Services

Allen Holbrook passed away July 16, 2019 at the Beaufort Memorial Hospital due to health complications. Allen was an honorable Firefighter, Captain, EMT, and Fire Inspector for over 30 years, doing what he did best, serving our community and even mentored several men and women throughout his career and thereafter.
My condolences to his four children left behind, Kevin Szabo, Kaity Holbrook, Aimee (Holbrook) Claffey and Austin Holbrook. Continued condolences to the rest of the family and friends that were impacted by the loss of an amazing man.
Unfortunately, due to his severe medical issues Allen did not have life insurance and his children are not necessarily able to supply the funds needed for his services. I couldn't bear to see his children stress over the expenses when they barely have had time to grieve.
I am asking from the bottom of my heart for family, friends, and the people of the community to please donate and share. I also know that money can be tight, so please know that even $5.00 helps us get closer to our goal.
The funds of this campaign will all directly go towards memorial and funeral expenses. Visitation will be held at 1:00pm and Service at 2:00pm at Copeland Funeral Home, Saturday, July 27, 2019. Celebration of Life will follow services from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Amvets located in Port Royal.
