Allie Vossler Seely Get Her Business Back

Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Meagan Gaughan, and I'm here to tell you about the most amazing woman, and my best friend, Allie Vossler Seely.

Allie has been the owner of Pride Pups since the beginning. She’s had a deep love and passion for dogs, making them feel good and look good on their ‘spa days.’ Allie is the type of businesswoman who really cares and listens to her clients and their needs while having the licenses and know-how to get the job done without stressing out the dogs. She is a certified fear-free groomer.

Besides Pride Pups, Allie Vossler Seely has been a dedicated advocate for women's rights and lgbtq+ citizens. Through her business, she has raised multiple funds to help people, shelters, and rights groups in need. She never turns her back to those in need, and she does all of this while being the ‘bread-winner’ for her family, which includes her husband Tyler and her five-year-old son, Calvin. At this time, she also has another baby on the way, due in December.

What brings me to GoFundMe is the unfortunate circumstance that has befallen my best friend. Pride Pups was meant to move to another location shared by another groomer. It was to be two separate business entities, sharing the space’s rent to help with money (she was trying to save up for her second child on the way while also providing.) Although they had months in advance to settle everything, the second party did not adequately prepare for Allie’s move into their building, and did not inform her of this situation. So, Allie had let the lease on her place run out, and another buyer took that space immediately. Come time to move everything in, she was told by the other party that they were backing out of sharing the space.

This is a devastating blow to Allie for her business and her family. She has nowhere to set up her shop, and it is as though her business, her Pride Pups, was swept out from under her without warning. As her best friend, I’ve seen Allie struggle through the hardest and toughest of times to get to where she is today, and to see that all taken away by an unforeseen circumstance- one that she had no idea of- is heartbreaking. Not only that, but being 6 months pregnant, she is in dire need of getting her business back up in time to pay for the roof over her family’s head and the birth of her second child. It is a very slim schedule she has to get things going again.

And so I ask anyone and everyone, please help me help Allie. She’s been there for me, her friends, her family, her clients, and their furbabies. I’m putting the amount to $2,000 as the goal. It will help her pay for this month, as she will likely be out of work, and help build up a down payment for a space to rent for her business. Every little bit helps keep food on her family’s table, a roof over their head, and her dream of running Pride Pups alive. Thank you very much for reading.
