All-inclusive Eagle Scout Park Project

Hi, my name is Arimus Sanders, and I am building an All-inclusive park for my eagle scout project. This park will be built in Covington, TN. It is scheduled to be finished in September 2022. I thought of this park when I was in 5th grade as a WEBELOS in Cub Scouts. The park will have equipment for those with physical, mental, and sensory disabilities. This will allow everyone to participate and play. This project is very important to me because of two friends I had while attending church as a 5th grader. These two friends of mine had disabilities. One was in a wheelchair and the other had Down Syndrome. These disabilities restricted their ability to join in and play with others. This was unfair to them and made them feel left out. I decided they should have a place they could play with all of their friends. I am excited to complete this project, knowing this will add a place for everyone in my community, young or old, to feel they are a part of, and they know is made with them in mind.
All fund raised will go towards equipment, construction, landscaping, and upkeep of the park after completion. I would be so grateful and blessed for your help to make this amazing project become even more amazing than my goal. Help me in making the best better.
