Help Odin's Home Become More ADA Accessible!

Odin is an adult living with both autism & cerebral palsy. He has lived in the same home with me & his mom for 22 years & feels the safety & security of this space.
Unfortunately the house is a bit old & outdated for his special needs. We are hoping to fix this by raising money for a new ADA modifications for his birthday.
The main thing we are needing is a walk in shower with seating, new tiling, non slip/grip flooring, & to expand walls so it’s not so claustrophobic & is more spacious. It will also need an ADA sink, & new cabinets.
The second priority would be a new fence for the front yard to keep the safety of Odin eloping. It would also need ADA handrails going down the porch.
And the last thing would be a generator to keep him comfortable here at the house if & when we have power outages.
We budgeted all the things to be at the least 40,000$ Even if we couldn’t raise enough to do all the mods we hope to at least put a dent in some of these projects.
In the rare case this were to go over the amount we are asking we would use 100% of the excess to enrich Odin’s life in any way can. Therapies, programs, outings, room modifications & anything that he may need along the way.
We are grateful for any support we can take as we transition out of Odin being in a day program to fully being here in this home each day. We just want him to feel comfortable and have the ability to thrive. ♥️
