Dear Friends and Family,

I’m writing to share some difficult news about my best friend, Alma. On Friday, November 22, 2024, she was involved in a traumatic accident when she was struck by a Cybertruck while walking in the crosswalk. The impact was severe, and Alma sustained multiple fractures, internal injuries, and a concussion. She has undergone several surgeries and is now facing a long, difficult recovery ahead, including physical therapy and ongoing medical care.

As many of you know, Alma has always been independent, strong, full of life and the first to help anyone in need. This accident has taken a heavy toll on her physically, emotionally, mentally and financially. While she is determined to heal and regain her strength, the medical bills and the cost of her care are quickly mounting. She will need continued therapy and assistance as she works to rebuild her mobility and return to daily life.

In light of these challenges, I’ve set up a GoFundMe campaign to help support Alma’s recovery. Your donations will go directly toward her medical expenses, physical therapy, and other essential needs as she navigates this difficult journey.
