Almost there, yet so far away....

Hi, my names is Leslie; I'm creating this fund as kind of my last resort for help. I feel utterly embarrassed and at a loss. I have three kids, a 3-year-old and 2-year-old twins with Autism. We were currently in the process of purchasing a home and facing eviction. We have to move out of our apartment because our landlord wants to move back into the unit and is not giving us any more time, knowing we are purchasing a home. I do not have enough for my down payment, which is 3.5% of the home's purchase price, and I do not qualify for Down Payment Assistance either.

I am so close to purchasing something for my kids that no one will be able to tell us to get out. The twins get Early Intervention and ABA Therapy Services daily and weekly in the home; if we get evicted, they will have no services. I stress the most, and most importantly, being able to provide a roof for my children. Anything Helps, really.

The times we are in apartments are costing more than a mortgage, and if I have the opportunity to purchase, I'm trying to go for it.
