My name is Johanna Barraza and I started this project “ PARA LOS NINOS” in 2019 now named “ Alpha Kids Worldwide” . I used my platforms like Instagram, TIKTOK, and Facebook to collect donations such as clothes for all ages and genders, toys, shoes, pampers, bottles, wipes, and of course, cash donations. 

The donations go to children who are suffering in poverty; most of whom walk around with no shoes and ripped clothes while having to take care of themselves at such a young age. I’ve witnessed 6 year olds having to take care of their infant siblings while mom works because they have no other options. This has been such a difficult year for all of us and all the more so for these innocent children. We can only imagine what they have to go through on a daily basis.

My first trip to Tijuana Mexico  was August 29th, 2019 where I was able to collect $300 and about 6-7 bags of clothes to donate to these kids. I was at 3,650 followers at that time. I used $200 to purchase pampers and toys and the rest was handed out to the hard working kids at the border. My second trip was Christmas Day December 25, 2020. I was able to collect $2,300 and was able to purchase brand new toys for the kids, brand new shoes, brand new clothes, underwear, socks, bottles, diapers, etc ! I am at a loss for words from the generosity and outpouring of love I received. 

Last time every single penny was used to make a very special Christmas for these kids; something which they will always remember. My most recent trip was June 21,2021 and we collect $3,400 and we bought over 400 pairs of shoes we fed over 200-300 families and made 200 backpacks filled with school supplies for the kids … 

My next trip is June 12,2022 and with your help I can make this trip my biggest trip so far !!!  What I’m asking from you is to make this the biggest and best summer for these kids with your help, love and generosity. Please be an Angel and join me in bringing joy to these children! We have 4 months to collect as many donations as we can for the kids! I will show recipes and total just like I did my last trips.
