Help Launch Alton's New Haunted Dinner Theater

Donation protected
Hi - our names are Thomas Nealeigh and Alice Bartlett, and we are looking for investors to help us start up our new dinner theater concept in the most haunted little town in America: Alton, Illinois.

We need investors quickly to fund the project, as a potential location has just become available. ROI is 50% on investments of $1,000 and up. Donations & gifts are welcome & will be rewarded.

WHAT WE WANT TO DO:
One of three buildings we were considering in the City of Alton's area affectionately referred to as The Flats has come up for sale at the lowest price available since we have been considering. We want to move quickly to assemble investors to purchase the building, make some upgrades, and then begin work on creating this dinner theater attraction as soon as possible - and we need your help!!

WHEN & HOW WE WILL DO IT:
The property has only recently been listed, and on Monday, November 11, 2024, is the first showing. We want to make an offer as soon as we are able to do so, so time is of the essence! Once the building & business are purchased, the plan is to keep the business open to create revenue immediately while we begin to upgrade the location to the concept. The continued business plan will open in increments as work is done.

WHO WE ARE:
Currently, we own & run FreakShow Deluxe, Hollywood's own & only carnival-style sideshow company - https://FreakShowDeluxe.com - which specializes in live performances of classic carnival sideshow acts for amusement parks, fairs & festivals, biker rallies & concerts, as well as corporate events all over the United States. Pre-pandemic, we often had 4 or 5 shows on the road simultaneously during our busy season in September & October. We have been wanting to open a new venue for our concept since our original theater, the Empire Amusement Hall in Hollywood, CA, closed in 2006. And we think we have finally found the perfect place!

WHERE WILL THIS HAPPEN & WHY:
Alton, Illinois, sits right on the Mississippi River, only a 20-minute drive from St. Louis, MO. The town of nearly 26,000 is serviced by nearby freeways, as well as rail service, and ships on the Mississippi. The town features a number of tourist attractions, including: the annual Eagle Festival (as bald eagles pass through the area during their migration), Argosy Casino gambling boats, a National Cemetery, the Elijah P. Lovejoy Monument, Alton Marina, and the world-famous Fast Eddie's Bon Air, plus bluffs & fall leaves that are almost as amazing as its quaint downtown!

In addition to being famously haunted, Alton is the birthplace of Robert Wadlow, the world's tallest man, birthplace of Miles Davis, the site of one of the Lincoln-Douglas Debates, and much more amazing history. It has one of the country's longest continually running Halloween parades (107 years this year). Alton even has its own Cryptid: the Piasa Bird! The town is an established tourist attraction - and we firmly believe we can use all this to our advantage to make this venture successful.

We are looking for investors! Return of 50% of investment in 5 years. There are additional perks for investors.
Minimum amount for investing is $1,000.

Please contact us directly for more details of the project for investing.

Donations of ANY dollar amount are welcome - and there are rewards & swag for supporting this project (discounts, as well as exclusive shirts, pins, stickers, etc.).

This is your time to make a difference, directly help the City of Alton continue to grow, and bring an exciting attraction to town.
