Alty Swimming Club 30th Anniversary
Donation protected
As part of our 30th Year celebrations Emma and her team will be swimming as far as they can in one hour. Her target is at least 3000m or 120 lengths!
The fund raising is three fold:
Via Chloe Waddell's memorial fund we pledge to raise £6,000 to fund a Cardiac Risk in the Young heart screening for 100 young local people.
The Chloe Waddell Bursary Fund: Swimming is a very expensive sport and many families struggle with the training fees, gala fees, swimming kit, training camps costs and travel costs associated with swimming at a Competitive level. We would like to set up the Chloe Waddell Bursary, to be funded by locally interested businesses to help boost the opportunities for all of our swimming family, no matter what their family circumstances.
On-going fundraising to buy a timing screen and the associated software to improve the experience for our swimmers and spectators at Club Galas. We believe that pride in our club pool and club galas will drive greater participation.
