Love For the Alvaro Cortes Family

We are reaching out on behalf of our amazing friend, Alvaro Cortes and his wonderful family. Just last week, Coach Alvaro was diagnosed with leukemia. This came out of the blue for most of us who see Alvaro as the strong, upbeat and energetic picture of health.
Alvaro is an amazing friend and coach but most importantly the best husband and father to his wife Chayo and two daughters Kassandra and Camilla.
Alvaro coaches the Newbury Park Soccer Club Team Lightning. His patience, kindness and knowledge of the game makes him a truly remarkable coach for these young players who admire him greatly.
Alvaro is the main provider for his family and they need our support in these difficult times.
This fundraiser has been established to help ease the burden on Alvaro and his family. It is our hope that by removing some of the financial pressure from the family, they can focus 100% on treatment and getting Alvaro well again.
