Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive Program

Hey, my name is Mariyahna and I am fundraising for my trip to the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive Program.

I’ve had a major passion for dance since the age of 3 and took my first official dance class at 4 years old. My love and dedication for dance training and performance has spanned 13 consecutive years. I’ve studied in a variety of genres which includes Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary and Modern.

My love for Modern has grown exponentially which lead me to audition and be excepted into Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive Program. This experience is extremely important as it will broaden my training in Modern and position me to one of my life goals which is to dance for Alvin Ailey I.

All donations will be fully applied to my classes as well as room and boarding where all Program participants are required reside.
