Alvin Price living expenses

Hi, my name is Sam Price. My brother has always been there to help whenever anyone asked or even if they didn't. Now, he needs our help. 

Alvin is a handyman and in June of this year, a ladder collapsed under him. He landed headfirst on a cement pad and cracked his skull. After he remained in a coma for nearly two months, we were preparing to say our goodbyes. Alvin fortunately had other plans. He miraculously woke up and is making a remarkable recovery.

He has a long road ahead, and is facing some daunting struggles. Although his recovery has been miraculous, he is still unable to work. He still has mobility issues, and he is missing a piece of his skull. 

The hospital has put off the surgery to replace it for another couple of months. He has applied for disability, but is being told he has to wait 8 months before it will kick in. Also, he was an independent contractor, so he doesn't qualify for workman's comp. His bills are piling up, and as much as he wants to go back to work, he's just not capable yet. He still only has half his skull in tact and surgery for that is still months away. He's selling what he can to pay bills, but he's at the point where he may lose everything. 

 He loves his community and his family and they have done so much for him. He needs our help just to pay his monthly expenses so he does not have to abandon his home and community. He will appreciate any little bit you can spare. 

Thank you for helping this hard working man get back on his feet. If he were able, and someone asked for his help, he would do everything to help even if he didn't know them. God brought him back to us, please help him live a normal life again.
