Alvin Ung's Funeral and Medical Expenses

Dear family and friends, with a heavy heart, we share our pain for our tragic loss of our beloved brother, son, uncle, and cousin, Alvin Ung. 

Alvin has been experiencing health problems, leading to constant hospital visits and overnight hospital stays. Given the complications of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and heart disease, it put the most important part of his body, his heart, at risk. Unfortunately, Alvin passed away suddenly due to heart failure on January 22, 2020. 

The tragic passing of Alvin comes with the added challenge of dealing with unexpected medical, funeral, and burial expenses, and in a sudden and unexpected situation like this, all these costs can add up.
