Funeral Funds for Alwine Klatt
Donation protected
Dearest family, friends and kind strangers,
We are reaching out to our community to financially support the Klatt Family to assist with unexpected funeral expenses for their wife and mother.
Alwine and Andreas moved to Canada 18 years ago. With their six children they have build a beautiful life here and call the Okanagan their home. In 2021 Alwine was diagnosed with cancer and after treatments and through the grace of God she was cancer free. In the spring of 2024 she became weaker and went on a leave from work to recuperate and get back to full health. In July she very suddenly became very ill and was hospitalized, where her health rapidly deteriorated. Her husband Andreas stopped working so that he could be with and care for his dear wife. After a month in the hospital, Alwine passed away on August 25th, one day after their 40th wedding anniversary.
Alwine Klatt leaves behind her husband Andreas, her six children and their spouses as well as 14 grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
The family is in deep mourning over this tragic loss. We kindly ask that you remember them in your prayers, that God will give them strength and comfort in this difficult time.
The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
As this loss came very sudden and unexpected we would like to support the family with the upcoming funeral costs and any other expenses that may come up, to help out until her husband is able to resume work.
Our first and foremost request is prayer for the family. We know our God is a great comfort and the family has experienced his love and care during the past month.
You can also support the family with a financial donation; if this is not possible, then please help by sharing the link to this page.
We deeply appreciate every donation and every prayer and we pray that God blesses you for your kindness.
