Alyssa & Ashton Worship Album

Alyssa and I have an opportunity to record a worship album 20 years in the making. At the end of 2023, I was in prayer and I sensed that it was time to record with Alyssa. So, I reached out to Alyssa and she sensed the same thing! For years I have been looking for someone to help Alyssa and I record our songs. I made a friend named Poli who discovered, Will I Am, from the Black-Eyed Peas and he has produced songs for Lil Wayne and Jay-Z. I met Poli when I was leading camps in LA. His daughter is an amazing music artist and she sang at the Christian camps that I led. So, after I heard God say it was the time to record the album I asked Poli if he would record and produce our album. And something amazing happened. Poli said yes!! Thank you so much Poli! God has already provided a studio and producer through Poli’s generosity. We just need the finances for travel and lodging for Alyssa and her family to travel from Colorado to Los Angeles for a week to record. We need $3,000 to get them out here in mid-February. Check out more of Alyssa's story about how this album started: "I was born blind and when I was a kid I struggled with knowing if I was beautiful. I know we can all struggle with our self-confidence. So, I wrote lyrics and a melody in the shower when I was 13 years old and my friend Ashton wrote the music for this song called, “Tell Me I’m Beautiful.” Now 20 years later I have an opportunity to record a Christian worship album with my friend Ashton that features “Tell Me I’m Beautiful.” This is a dream come true and I am so excited that this album is finally happening. I also want to ask for your prayers. I have Kidney failure and I am currently on daily dialysis. I had a baby a year ago by the grace of God. My baby boy Noah was born premature and his life is a miracle. And now I am seeking God for a miracle for my kidneys. I am currently on a waitlist for a kidney and I am about 5 years out. And to be vulnerable with you, I don’t think my body can wait that long. I want to raise my kids and continue to use my voice to glorify the Lord. Ultimately, I trust in Jesus if I get a kidney or not. He is my healer and the sustainer of my life. No matter what you are facing right now God promises to be with us in our pain and suffering. It’s only by the grace of God I get up every day and I am so thankful for my family and the blessings in my life. Thanks so much for considering to pray and give.
