Please help Alyssa fight cancer

Alyssa is one of my dearest friends and one of the strongest women I know. She has been a fighter throughout her life, waging many battles and winning! She has overcome so many personal obstacles, with grace, and I am honored to have fought with her as her AA sponsor and her friend. She is a positive, beautiful and sunshine-filled woman who loves her family, her friends and God.

Alyssa is battling again and I have no doubt she will be strong, beautiful and fierce in beating her neck and throat cancer. She needs your support, plain and simple. She needs to be able to afford this fight; her treatments, surgeries, tests. There are times she won't be able to work (although someone will have to sit on her to keep her home!)

Alyssa is fighting this battle but she is not doing it by herself or for herself. She fights for her family, her friends, her sobriety and her love for life. As her friend, I am asking you, her people, to help with whatever you can afford. She also needs words of encouragement and support and you are asked to leave them here, too.
