Support fundraiser for the Ivany Family

On July 6th, 2023, Mike and Alyssa Ivany heard the words no parent ever wants to hear: your child likely has cancer.

Addy, the couples 6-year-old daughter, had some routine tests done where a neuroblastoma was discovered. They have arrived in London today for diagnosis and likely stay for treatments for the next 4-6 months.

Mike, Alyssa and their youngest daughter, Nora, will have uprooted their lives to be by Addy’s side during her treatments. As a result, they have had to take leaves of absence from their jobs and post-secondary education. Their expenses here in Sault Ste. Marie are ongoing while their income has been reduced dramatically.

This fund has been set up in hopes to help offset some of the costs for the Ivanys during Addy’s treatment/medical appointments in London.

Help us ease some of the financial burden for this family while they focus on the top priority, Addy’s recovery.
