Alyssa's Fight For Her Life Fund

Greetings to all beloved Family & Friends,

Unfortunately, this is not good news!! Our lives are turned upside down with devastating news regarding Alyssa's brain tumor. The tumor has returned and Alyssa has started to show symptoms. She has been stable for 5 1/2 years and sadly her last scan has shown major progression.

In 6 months it has grown back to its original size from 2017, when this nightmare began at age 9.

We are once again scouring the country for the best possible outcome for Alyssa. She will need a new biopsy in the very, very near future because her present oncologist states that the pathology of the tumor can change. The pathology is of the utmost importance because that will determine what lifesaving medications she may qualify for.

The family will be headed to one of the top research pediatric brain tumor programs in the United States in hopes that this will save Alyssa's life and put the tumor at bay.

There are no words to describe the agony of watching someone you love so very deeply go through this again. Yet, we know in our hearts that Alyssa can and will overcome this horrific battle, yet we can't do it alone.

We are asking for your help to help us move mountains for sweet Alyssa.

At this point, we can not slip into fear, with Gods blessing, your prayers and support will get her through this. Your strength and prayers will help us get Alyssa the cutting-edge treatment that she needs.

Now 15 years old, she is fully aware of her circumstances and it is heartbreaking. I asked her if she was afraid and her reply was, " I refuse to be afraid because God's got this"! This sweet girl has enough faith for the world, and she is extraordinary.
