Amanda & Emily Attend Artist Residency in France

Hi, I’m fundraising because Amanda and Em have been selected to attend an artist residency in France. Amanda and Em are both multi-disciplinary artists who need financial assistance in order to make this magical opportunity a reality. They first stumbled upon watercolor together during a friend-stay-cation thick in the pandemic and fell in love with the medium. Watercolor has been a safe space and blessing in their lives, and they’d like the opportunity to have the time and space to whole heartedly dedicate themselves to their art for the first time, creating a dynamic project that incorporates watercolor, collage, felting, clay, story-telling, and animation.

If you know Amanda or Emily then you know they’re both compassionate community members who will change the world through their art. Both are also in major transitional spaces in their careers and as humans. Please consider helping support their dreams, so they can help inspire many others to follow their hearts as well!

They secured an emerging artist grant, but it only covers a small portion of the expenses. They’re asking for assistance in paying for the artist residency deposits and flights. Please share within your community widely and generously.
