Amanda Ferneau (1983-2023) My Immortal Beloved

Hello... My name is Mark and this fundraiser is to help cover expenses and funeral costs for my beloved wife, Amanda, and our family.

The picture above was taken during our vow renewals after being together for 10 years. This was taken a little over 2 months before she passed. 

Amanda was a truly unique soul who has been around the Universe enough to know she was on her last tour. People were naturally drawn to her... a blessing and curse as she would say... and her heart genuinely wanted to help others in need. She was extremely in tune with nature and a very spiritual person. She didn't just believe in an afterlife, she KNEW there was one. Unfortunately, her life was riddled with pain from several car accidents, auto-immune disorders, and several other medical issues that kept her from being able to work for the past 8 years of her life. On Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, Amanda finally succumbed to her illnesses and left this realm for another. She is survived by her son, Roman (7), her husband, Mark (48), and her father, Bill (73).

I have been the sole provider for my family since Amanda had to stop working in 2014 due to complications from the pregnancy of our son. Years of ER visits, failed medicines, and unsuccessful procedures had put us far in debt. We had to downsize to just having one car... and even that is proving hard to keep. Being one of those "proud" men/fathers, I would never normally ask a person for a handout. I am the type of person to try to help others before helping myself... but this is just too big for me alone to handle.

While I do not know exactly how much this will be costing yet, I do know that it'll be more than I have as we have nothing in the bank now... so every little bit will help. Even if it's just enough to provide food for my son. He's all I have left now. I've lost the best part of my life... she wasn't the missing piece of my heart, she was the WHOLE thing.
